Please note the changes to membership outlined as follows:

At their March meeting, the NALFL Board of Directors approved a one-time change to the dues for the upcoming 2021-2022 membership year which begins July 1, 2021 and ends June 30, 2022. Effectively, we have lost a year of activity because of the Covid-19. Based on that, the Board approved offering those members who paid dues for 2020-2021 to have those payments applied to their dues for the upcoming 2021-2022 year instead.

1.  If you paid your dues for an Annual membership for 2020-2021, your membership will be extended to expire July 1, 2022 and nothing more is required.  However, if you would like to make an additional contribution to the Scholarship Fund, please select the DONATE button from the main navigation menu.  That will take you to the PayPal link  and you can make your contribution directly.  If you prefer not to donate on line, you can fill out a check and mail it to the treasurer at the address on the form: P.O. Box 423, Titusville, FL 32781.

2.  If we did not receive a paid membership for you for 2020-2021, you are considered an inactive member but there is no penalty for not renewing last year. To renew your membership for the 2021-2022 year, which starts July 1, 2021, you can renew online here, or if you prefer not to renew online, you can print out the attached application, fill it out, and mail it with a check to the treasurer at P.O. Box 423, Titusville, FL 32781.

Below is an application for the 2021-22 membership year (July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022).  Annual membership is $30 and you can pay online here or print and mail an application with a check.  Online payment is preferred.  Thanks!

If you are renewing and have no changes to your contact information, check the box indicating that status and submit the form.  Otherwise please complete all areas to the best of your ability, choosing the correct category for your personal participation. Note that the blocks with asterisks are mandatory.

Once you complete the application form, BUT PRIOR TO SUBMISSION, please submit payment via PayPal.
