Membership Application and Payment

Welcome Members/Prospective Members.

PLEASE NOTE:  The NALFL membership year runs from July 1-June 30.  If you are a current member in good standing, check the appropriate block and submit with your dues.

Below is an application for the 2020-21 membership year (July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021).  Annual membership is $30 and you can pay online here or print and mail an application with a check.  Online payment is preferred.  Thanks!

For option (1), if you prefer not to apply online, please click the NAL Membership Application, print a paper version of the form, and mail it with a check payable to NALFL to:  Treasurer, P. O. Box 423, Titusville, Fl 32781.

If you are renewing and have no changes to your contact information, check the box indicating that status and submit the form.  Otherwise please complete all areas to the best of your ability, choosing the correct category for your personal participation. Note that the blocks with asterisks are mandatory.

Please choose the correct membership type. Note that the Special Membership registration choice for new members only is at the bottom of the registration list below.

Once you complete the application form, BUT PRIOR TO SUBMISSION, please submit payment via PayPal.

Please Note: PayPal costs about 3% of the total, so if you are making a large donation, please consider making your payment by check mailed to P. O. Box 423, Titusville, Fl 32781 or by cash at the next luncheon meeting.
